“My mother finally came home after spending 3 years in a mental health institution and after experiencing several falls in their care she required 24 hour live in care when she finally arrived home.
Grand Day Care have been our guardian angel delivering outstanding personalised care for my mother, which can be difficult when she has a bad episode but all the carers have their own personalised touch with my mother which has made the transition very smooth not only for my mother but as a family too.
The carers encourage my mother to go outside daily which is great, and they cook fresh meals which she really enjoys. Nothing is too much trouble as my mother is very particular and house proud. Grand Day Care are professional in everything what they do.

“Grande Care have provided 24-hour care and support for my son SP since June 2021 They have been extremely professional in the way that they have managed all aspects of his varied and complex disabilities. Comprehensive care plans and protocols have been formulated and updated as required and there is excellent liaison with the medical professionals involved in his treatment.
Changes in behaviour or the way in which his disabilities present have been quickly identified, addressed and notified to the relevant clinicians.
The staff are well trained, knowledgeable, conscientious, well mannered, courteous and empathic to his needs. They have coped exceptionally well with the difficult management of his Autism, Epilepsy and heightened levels of anxiety.
There is first rate communication between the staff, client, management and myself which is very reassuring. Amrit ,the owner, can be contacted at any time, day or night and SP frequently calls her directly.
She is very well qualified, has a great personality and a wonderful ability to empathise with SP who trusts her judgement and guidance implicitly.
She visits his property frequently and rigorously monitors all aspects of his care, support and the actions of her staff. Her knowledge, help and guidance in navigating the Care System are invaluable.

“When I first started with Grande Care I was expected to learn a different language to communicate with my carer because before Amrit took over the company, all of the carers including the manager could only speak in Romanian. So as you can imagine it was quite difficult to recieve care and learn a different language at the same time. And my mental health was not taken into consideration, but since Amrit has taken over I am able to sit in my wheelchair and because of the training that the carers now receive, I can be supported with my mental health as well as getting up on daily basis and living a normal and happy life. It is almost as if I don’t have a disability because the carers don’t view me and highlight my disability as a problem, and is more of a sense empowerment instead of an issue because the carers make me feel proud of who I am and what I can do on a daily basis.
