When independent living becomes challenging, having the option of live-in care to help with everyday tasks and the security of knowing someone is there day and night can make staying at home a reality.
Grande Care provides a client-led, holistic approach to live-in care. Encouraging our clients to live as independently as possible is at the core of everything we do. Our carers provide friendly expert support following a tailor-made care plan to ensure clients feel in control and independently supported.
Training our caregivers to the highest standard possible is Grande Cares’ ethos. From Moving and Handling, Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene to administering Medication, our carers receive ongoing training and assessments to ensure we provide the highest level of care in a patient-centric setting. This means that as your needs change, our carers will be able to adapt to your care requirements.
We ensure that all our caregivers are fully vetted as required by the Care Quality Commission. This includes completing Independent Safeguarding Authority and Disclosure Barring Services checks (previously known as Criminal Records Bureau checks), and references must be provided.
Live-in care means peace of mind for you and your family, as someone caring and responsible will always be in the home environment. Grande Care can support you for as long as required, whether for a respite break, to allow family members to take holiday, or on an ongoing basis. A private bedroom must be available for the carer and resources for meals should be provided.
