Grande Care is a palliative home care specialist providing end-of-life care in Warwickshire, UK. Committed to person-centric personalised care, Grande Care provides a holistic, client-led approach to promoting independence in physical, emotional, and social well-being.

We are more than just a Home Care company.

Grande Cares’ ethos is to provide person-centric services in accordance with the ‘National guidelines for the end-of-life care programme in England’, supporting people to live and die well.

It can be very distressing to see how a terminal illness affects a loved one. Being home in familiar surroundings, rather than a hospital or hospice environment, can make end-of-life care more bearable for all involved. This allows your loved ones to pass away peacefully in their own home, with someone they know and trust nearby.

Elderley couple huggingGrande Care can help by providing specialist support with the day-to-day things so your family can make the most of your time together.  Round-the-clock care at home is reassuring for the care recipient, and any changes in condition will be responded to quickly, giving family and close friends peace of mind.

At Grande Care, we aim to treat each person individually. We facilitate care alongside healthcare professionals to design an end-of-life care plan, with family and friends involved according to the client’s wishes. This allows the client to feel in control of their life until they die.

At Grande Care, we value everyone’s right to dignified and compassionate care at the end of their life.  Our care continues after death to support family and friends until they are able to stand alone.

“Grande care always try to harvest the care culture by taking the feedback from the service user and their family which gives us a chance to improve on the areas to understand the complex care needs by continuously investing in personal and professional development to provide a safe and effective care to all the service users”.
